Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pinnacle Computer Systems LLC ("Pinnacle", "we", "us", "our") website, Knowledge Hub, Products & Platforms, and any related service. By accessing or using any of these, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Where you engage Pinnacle for a specific project or managed service, a separate signed service agreement or statement of work governs that engagement; these Terms apply to the website and any point not addressed in that agreement.

Pinnacle provides enterprise AI transformation services across four divisions — AI Infrastructure, AI Consulting, AI Engineering and Managed AI — together with a Knowledge Hub of articles and research, and a catalogue of software products and platforms we build and maintain. Availability, scope and pricing of any service are set out separately and may change without affecting an existing signed engagement.

Our website and services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of their organisation. If you create a Knowledge Hub account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use the site or any product for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of Pinnacle or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure, or interfere with site performance or availability.
• Reproduce, resell, scrape or redistribute Knowledge Hub content or product materials without our prior written consent.
• Upload malicious code, or use automated means to access the site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce.

All content on this website and in our products — including text, graphics, logos, the Pinnacle name and marks, articles, diagrams and software — is owned by or licensed to Pinnacle and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence other than to view and use the content for your own internal, non-commercial reference.

Deliverables produced under a specific client engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that engagement's service agreement, which take precedence over this section.

Submitting an enquiry or booking an assessment through this website is not, by itself, a binding commitment to purchase services. A commercial engagement begins only once a proposal, statement of work or service agreement is signed by both parties, and that document — not these Terms — governs scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and liability for that engagement.

Any non-public information shared with us in the course of an enquiry, assessment or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate or deliver the relevant service, consistent with our Privacy Policy and any non-disclosure or service agreement signed with you.

Browsing the website and Knowledge Hub is free. Fees for AI Services, managed care, licences, subscriptions or products are set out in the relevant proposal, order form or product page, and are payable on the terms stated there. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are quoted exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes.

Website and Knowledge Hub content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice specific to your organisation. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law, or where a signed service agreement sets out different liability terms for a specific engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pinnacle harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the website or services or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, Knowledge Hub account or a product where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, without affecting any rights or obligations under a separate, signed service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless a signed service agreement specifies a different forum for a particular engagement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
