Leads security assessments, SOC operations, VAPT and zero-trust architecture. Responsible for the cyber resilience of enterprise clients across government, financial services and critical infrastructure.
Leads the enterprise ERP practice across the GCC. Two decades of full-lifecycle ERP implementation, migration and managed operations for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Leads networking, end-user computing, Microsoft 365 and multi-site infrastructure delivery. Owns the foundation layer that every other division builds on.
Leads the 24/7 NOC, service desk, SLA management and continuous improvement across the managed estate. Ensures the systems Pinnacle built are operated by the team that understands them.
Leads the strategy and transformation office — technology advisory, operating model design, digital roadmaps and AI strategy consulting for C-suite clients across the GCC.
Leads enterprise account management and pre-sales across all divisions. Owns the client relationships that have sustained Pinnacle for thirty years — retention, expansion and new engagement scoping.
