Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Your trust is part of how we work. This policy sets out, in plain terms, what data we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

Overview

Pinnacle Computer Systems LLC ("Pinnacle", "we", "us", "our") provides enterprise AI transformation, infrastructure, consulting, engineering and managed services across the UAE and GCC. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to our corporate website, the Knowledge Hub, our Products & Platforms, and any form, account or service through which you share information with us. It does not override a separate data processing agreement signed as part of a client engagement, which takes precedence for data processed under that engagement.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide — name, company, job title, email, phone number and message content submitted through contact, careers, partner or assessment-booking forms, or when you create a Knowledge Hub account.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Information from third parties — publicly available business information, or data shared by a partner or integrator when a joint engagement is scoped, limited to what is needed to deliver the engagement.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries, book assessments and working sessions, and deliver the AI Services, products and content you request.
  • Operate, maintain and improve the website, Knowledge Hub and our products and platforms.
  • Send service updates, briefings or marketing communications you have opted in to — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, tax and contractual obligations, and detect, prevent or investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential, functional and analytics cookies to operate the website and understand how it is used. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Full detail on the categories we use and how to control them is set out in our Cookie Policy.

How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, process forms, deliver email, or provide analytics — bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Delivery and alliance partners, where a joint engagement requires it, and only with your knowledge.
  • Regulators, law enforcement or courts, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, clients or the public.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to the same protections described here.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirement. Enquiry and form data not converted into an engagement is typically retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised. Client engagement data is retained per the governing service agreement.

Data security

We apply technical and organisational controls — including encryption in transit, access control, network segmentation and monitoring — appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE PDPL, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
  • Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE — for example to a cloud or software provider — we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent level of protection, through contractual safeguards or by using providers certified to recognised international security and privacy standards.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated directly where we hold your contact details.
